Platform for the Ceara State Attorney General's Office (PGE-CE) that manages the state's outstanding tax debt: taxpayer debts, interest and inflation adjustments, installment plans and payments.

• Worked on a government platform with dozens of microservices, handling amounts continuously adjusted for inflation and different interest rates, payments, multiple types of installment plans, and personal and business taxpayer data. 300+ merge requests merged across 19 microservices in 14 months.
• Created and evolved the shared library (Java 21, Spring Boot) used by 7 platform projects (6 microservices and a BFF), with base classes for validated, paginated REST resources, error handling, OAuth2/JWT security, auditing and caching. Authored about 77% of its code; with the base classes, a simple entity needs about 40 lines in the service and 25 in the controller.
• Designed a reusable auditing module on Hibernate Envers (revision entity with user and timestamp, paginated per-entity history and a history endpoint), adopted by 4 microservices and 50+ audited entities.
• Built the library's Redis distributed cache layer (configurable TTL, per-system keys, paginated query caching) with fault tolerance: read errors fall back to the database and failed evictions abort the write so stale data is never served.
• Evolved the platform's integration layer: routes and permission-based authorization in the API Gateway (Spring Cloud Gateway), JWT propagation between services via Feign, JWT validation for partner systems, and server-side protection against client-tampered data in debt calculations.
• Delivered end-to-end debt payment flows: payment simulation and generation, including an API for external systems audited through Kafka and Elasticsearch; automatic payment settlement via scheduled jobs (ShedLock); and event-driven debt liquidation (Kafka with retries and a dead-letter queue).
• Developed features in three Angular applications on the platform.
